Use of the website
By using indiaminingweek.org you agree to these terms. Content on this site is owned by or licensed to the Organisers and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. The Organisers may change the website, its content and these terms at any time.
Registration
Registration is open to trade, professional, government, academic and media participants aged 18 and above. Students are admitted with a valid institute ID. All registrations are subject to the Organisers' approval. The Organisers may decline or cancel a registration, or refuse entry to the venue, at their discretion and without liability. Badges are personal and non-transferable; photo ID matching the registration may be required at the venue. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
Delegate fees and payment
Delegate fees are as published on the registration page and are exclusive of GST at 18%, which applies to Indian and international delegates alike as the place of supply is India. Early Bird pricing is available on payments received on or before 30 September 2026; Standard pricing applies from 1 October 2026; Spot pricing applies from 10 November 2026. Pricing is determined by the date payment is received. Delegate passes cover conference sessions on 15–17 November 2026 and exhibition access; they do not cover travel, accommodation or visas.
Event changes
The Organisers reserve the right to alter the programme, speakers, venue, timings or format, or to postpone or cancel the Event, for reasons including force majeure, government direction or circumstances beyond their control. The Organisers are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by participants in such cases.
Conduct, filming and liability
Participants must follow venue rules and the reasonable instructions of the Organisers and security staff. Photography and video will be taken at the Event and may be used by the Organisers for promotional purposes; by attending you consent to this use. The Organisers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage or personal injury at the Event except where caused by their negligence. Views expressed by speakers and exhibitors are their own.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
